The MIDI Association’s new logo was designed by acclaimed performance artist Yuri Suzuki, and graphic designer Sascha Lobe of Pentagram.
Yuri worked with MIDI Association corporate member Roland to launch 808303.studio - a new online music creation platform which features Roland’s innovative Step Sequencer technique, as well as emulating the sound of the original TR-808 drum machine and TB-303 bass synthesiser.
The MIDI Logo 2.0 identifies MIDI 2.0 products have signed the MIDI Association logo licensing agreement and have passed self certification tests.
